呢個係一個好嘅命題。唔理咩行業同公司,係大部分嘅情況(other+things+being+constant)下,如果一間公司又有MT/Graduate+programme又有entry+positon+openings,MT一定跑得快啲同遠啲,呢個係搞MT+programme嘅原因。

有人話,咁有啲人專啲做得好啲,做到成績咪有得升囉!重點係,其實從來無人講過升職加人工係必然嘅。就算你好有貨交,其實係仲有好多因素會升隔離唔升你,包括可能人哋有叫過辭職但老闆唔想train過新入職嘅人而升職留佢,或者好可能有關係等等啦,有時做乖仔未必會有回報,呢啲例子親眼見過唔少,that’s+how+the+world+works。仲有,未計MT會多好多exposures,Corp+events出現率高同career+progression絕對有強烈正面關係😉

當然,絕對有見過non-programme嘅同學仔升職仲快過MT,四字口訣「唯轉不破」,有能力嘅keep住轉工/被叫轉工,升得仲快。UK有research講過,比較兩批人,一批十年無轉工嘅人vs一批平均每兩年轉一次工嘅人,人工可以差一倍🤷🏻‍♂️

個人建議,先aim+大programme+offer,轉去邊度(department/其他公司...)都仲大把機會🔥
