已經有EY People advisory services (mobility tax)嘅offer,但係仲等梗MT/BANK嘅面試
想問四大同MT(e.g. bank)嘅比較?
同埋四大pas division Exitpath係點?
利申本身三大文科background, 冇喺bank做過intern~

Hello!! 恭喜晒拎到PAS+offer!!+都唔容易拎啊😉
先了解下PAS做咩先,雖然本身嘅Human+Resources+Advisory可以好闊,包括People+Management、Cultural+Change+and+Development、Staff+Relocation、Employée+Engagement、Employer+Branding甚至Recruitment,但你都講咗你嘅offer會係做mobility+tax,其實姐係幫唔同corporate+clients去睇吓點解嘅安排會令到Staff/公司喺全球唔同locations嘅tac+systems中慳錢;除此之外,可以睇吓下面兩圖就知喺EY+PAS做落去有咩wider+job+scope:

如果你問我揀Bank+MT好定EY+PAS好,咁首先你一定要拎咗offer先再苦惱吧😂唔同Bank都真係分唔好大。但簡單去講就大Bank+MT+must+go,細local/中資bank可以諗一諗,如果唔係做啲高競爭力嘅位(eg+Fintech)就未必咁大優勢了,有offer可以再上嚟討論一下。
PAS+Career+prospects方面,真係比較少見有啲特別嘅出路,一係就升到咁上下就轉去另一間Big+4;一係就轉去其他HR+Consulting+Firm,香港嚟講比較厲害嘅除咗係Big+4會係Mercer+/+Oliver+Wyman、AON、Willis+Towers+Watson等國際大firm,但佢哋會比較focus喺training+&+development、health+&+benefits等等。再唔係嘅就一直留喺EY繼續升了🤔下面送個global+ranking+in+HR+Consulting俾你,未必太有參考價值但睇吓囉得個知字:
