Hi+Mark!+呢期我哋嘅close+followers!!+呢條問題反映咗你都對呢一行有多少認識,起碼分到兩邊😂呢條問題有難度,因為佢哋嘅career+path盡有不同,不過你問作為前Developer+MT嘅我overall會大力推薦developer,始終香港都係地主嘅世界,呢類大孖沙企業覆蓋層面極廣,基本上大把走位。 

上圖可能存在著好大爭議,但我會想用呢個analogy去解釋吓個關係。Property+Developer就好似buy-side咁,絕大部份嘅情況都係俾生意Real+estate+consultancy做,例如做deal、leasing、物管、property+sales+arrangement等等,而Real+Estate+Consultancy+(中文大家會叫佢哋「則師樓」)就係收錢provide+professional+services同做research等等服務一啲land/property+owners,就似銀行等等嘅service+provider。用番呢個關係放喺金融業,精英同學仔都係會prefer入”buy-side”多啲,道理可能同呢道差唔多。(Again,兩個行業之間公司嘅關係唔可以直接應用,最多都係做下簡單類比,等你concept清一啲)。
