無錯呢個係一個見客嘅MA，上圖嘅JD已經寫得好清楚。不過，AON做嘅project都係B2B，對嘅係Corporate大客，雖然insurance呢個字好得人驚，但佢本業係做reinsurance同risk+solutions，簡單啲講可以話係幫大企業公司做保險/風險管理😂，佢哋會用”Brokerage”呢隻字，我諗同大家所認識嘅「保險」都有啲分別，所以就算所謂對客都係答吓問題，但MA絕對唔係果種俾人媽到咩果隻，亦都唔洗跑數😂Corporate客啲project一黎就好大金額架啦啦。有興趣可以睇下圖多了解由路透社講吓AON嘅services啦：

咦,that’s my area. AON做既tasks較unique,香港都無乜competitors,最多近年有Marsh, blue logo that one. Btw they got openings too, you can try and apply. 

Anthony is right, Aon MA的確唔洗跑數,有機會rotate去Claims/Corporate/Financial部門,都無乜野特別要sales. 

Claims係幫corporate客睇下某incidents能唔能夠向佢地既insurer claim and how to claim;

Corporate係幫manager prepare quotation slip, compare下企業客戶想投保既items有咩products available in the market,例如旗下properties/employee compensations等嘅insurance plan睇下幫間保險公司嘅offering平d好d; 

Fincancial就係睇下點幫client既Director/Senior management去cover當佢哋做左重大失誤induced loss同投保, 所以都係幫corporate clients去搵/諗/比較solutions and products in the market. 

 MA is a good role, with clear career progression. But it’s a pity that Aon will only hire candidates they think they are ideal instead of having a headcount to fill. Maybe only 1-3 in this year, I don’t know.
