最近收到HKJC MT final in通知係in Customer and International Business Development Division既 想問下有無咩野可以準備🙏🏻
而且亦都想問下呢個division會有d咩exposure同exit path

Hello Potato! 強啊呢度已經有第二個入到HKJC MT final interview嘅同學仔問問題啦，one step left🔥🔥🔥

廢話唔多講，final interview最緊要知已知彼。呢一round極大機會見部門ED，佢係Mr Richard Cheung，一位McKinsey management consulting/Harvard MBA出身嘅實幹型主管。佢帶領JC喺過去4年創出歷史最高嘅revenue，as an integrated for-charity model，同時間因此contributed to歷史以來Tax and Lottery Fund Contributions，講緊嘅係衝破咗二百幾幾億港幣。佢會問咩問題無路可以捉，加上無記錯CIBD呢個部門其實係成個JC裏面最大嘅部門，做嘅嘢都可以係好廣泛，所以我覺得睇吓將來老闆嘅LinkedIn同news絕對幫到手。Points我都highlight埋啦。

出路就好難講，因為淨係喺部門入裏面可以揀嘅options實在太多。雖然上LinkedIn search睇之前GT會有唔同career path，但因為上年開始改咗Programme變咗做一個corporate level嘅real MT Programme，無論係有得rotate去其他部門、升職速度同人工，可謂頂級配置，所以我估走嘅opportunity costs都幾大🤨不過，我都prepare咗唔同人做過呢個部門嘅experiences and career change，希望幫到手：
最後，當然要go up and search有關馬會喺賽事/new business/overseas exposures/racing industry等方面嘅新聞同basic knowledges，用一兩個鍾頭認真睇吓唔難，下面都準備咗啲啲俾你幫你行第一步：
