好想知道HR方面可以點發展 唔知可以搵咩工去砌靚個CV 感謝🙏🏻🙏🏻😭

Hiiiii, 其實砌profile嚟講,每年都會有啲internship嘅opening係focus喺HR field,例如Morgan Stanley / Bank of America / UBS / J.P. Morgan / P&G / SFC等等等等都會有。相信要令自己CV有HR方面嘅experience都唔難。反而喺準備同認識HR上,有更多準備工夫做咗嘅話,會令你更加一帆風順:
1) 認識不同HR Discipline
一般同學如果唔係HR major,或者就算係HR major,都未必分清到HR不同嘅function / role,因為始終在學時接觸到嘅多數只係recruitment。唔同嘅function / role仲包括但不限於:
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Training & Development (L&D)
- Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP)
- Project
- Employer Branding
- Headhunting
- HR Advisory
有啲仲包括埋admin添,但詳情就唔講咁多喇,靠你自己Google。如果你可以一早認清晒以上function / role嘅分別,然後知道自己想向邊個方面發展嘅,信相無論喺intern上,或參與任何career activity上,都可以事半功倍,亦更加容易說服employer你真心ready for喺HR界發展。
2) 認識不同HR Tech
特別係呢幾年開始啦,HR都辛苦於幫公司做digitalization或者轉型。除咗舊時會用到各大job board同大家都熟悉嘅Apt Test之外,喺好多不同層面上,例如:Performance Management / Employee Engagement / On-boarding / Assessment & Gamification等等等等,都將會係HR嘅大趨勢。就算淨係喺interview時name得出呢啲Tech,對interviewer嚟講都會幾impressive。
